(2013-06-11) Bernard Vatant: This is an attempt to provide an ontology for the concepts (or topics) in a thesaurus or other KOS. Based on DOLCE concepts, it's certainly more expressive and standing on less shaky ontological foundations than SKOS, but nevertheless far less popular (no visible use in the LOD cloud)
