(2013-05-21) Bernard Vatant: Very small vocabulary, inserted in LOV just because it's reused by "tzont", itself reused by "time". As all vocabularies in the daml namespace, it should be considered "somewhat stable" and "maybe safe" (dixit Jim Hendler on Twitter : https://twitter.com/BVatant/status/336471398497284096)
